Honor Club is the first of three recognition levels a 4-H member can achieve. Members are selected for strong project work, leadership, and sharing knowledge as junior or teen leaders. The club provides opportunities for leadership, public speaking, and community service.

Tennessee 4-H All Stars is the second level of recognition in the 4-H program, following Honor Club. Open to active Honor Club members who have completed the eighth grade, All Stars focuses on service. Members participate in regional retreats and a statewide conference to build leadership, fellowship, and serve their communities.
