Another way we engage with youth outside of their classrooms, is by offering after-school clubs and activities for 4th-12th grade students. As a Meigs County student in the 4th-12th grade, you are invited to attend as many 4-H after-school cubs and activities that you wish. During each after-school club or activity, we complete an interactive small lesson, game, or activity with the students that helps them gain knowledge on the topic at hand. Please use the drop down menu to locate information about each after-school club and activity.
Each month during in-school clubs the students receive our monthly newsletter, Clover News, which lists the opportunities that were discussed along with dates and times. This includes all after-school clubs and activities. As a parent or guardian, we encourage you to ask your students for this newsletter so you too can know what Meigs County 4-H has to offer each month. If your student misplaces their newsletter, feel free to contact our office at (423)-334-5781 to learn of the many opportunities available.
