4-H Outdoor Club

Outdoor Club has a mission to help 4-H’ers learn about the outdoors, safety skills, and the recreational activities that the outdoors has to offer. Youth must be in grades 4th through 12th and enrolled in 4-H in Meigs County in order to participate. We currently meet following the daylight savings time schedule. Lessons, games, and activities range from fire-building, tent-pitching, boat safety, survival skills, fishing, hunting, and more! Parents are welcome to accompany youth to meetings. For more information, contact the Extension Office (423-334-5781) or email Ms. Kyra at kyrepett@tennessee.edu with any questions about the competition.

All Outdoor Club meetings are held at the Meigs County Fairgrounds unless in the event inclement weather.
